About Me

Hi, I’m Mohsin. I’m a qualified personal trainer and CPPS practitioner. I am based in Hounslow and operate from Pure Gym Northolt, although I do train clients outside of the gym and online, too. I have worked with a diverse range of people including those amongst the aging population, as well as those with joint or hormone dysfunction.

With over two decades of training experience, I know how difficult it can be to stay on top of your health and fitness goals while trying to maintain a busy work/life balance.

Most gym goers come in with the goal of losing weight or building muscle, which is great, but massively under-sells the value of building a healthy body. Having a healthy body that not only keeps fat off, but builds muscle, and moves optimally is vital for us in everyday life. There are brain cognitive effects, it balances hormones, it’s great for your heart health, and relieves joint pain. Promoting that message is my mission statement in an industry fueled by fads and superficiality, based on what’s being sold.
